KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about our product to customers.
  • Report technical issues and guide customers through solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Proactively identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest improvements.
  • Strive for continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and support processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in customer support or a related role is preferred.
  • Written and spoken Albanian and English. German and other languages are a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Empathetic and patient approach when dealing with customers.
  • ¬†Problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.
  • ¬†Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
