User Acquisition Manager (m/f-100%) Prishtina, Kosovo is looking for a User Acquisition Manager to join our growing team! 

As a User Acquisition Manager, you will manage user acquisition marketing campaigns through advertising platforms, such as Facebook, Google Ads, Twitter, Tiktok, Apple Search Ads, and Ad Networks, but not limited to paid marketing, as we are always seeking new ways to acquire user through organic marketing, where the User Acquisition Manager should come with strategies and execution.

You will be responsible for launching, analyzing, and optimizing new and existing campaigns. You will also evaluate the effectiveness of creatives and conduct regular analysis of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), Retention Rate, and maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

You should be focused on raising awareness and building interest in our dating products. Ideally, you are a detail-oriented, creative, and collaborative problem solver with outstanding communication and project management skills able to lead creatives such as Graphic Designers and Content Writers.


  • Design, create, manage and optimize UA campaigns for our dating apps;
  • Provide creative copy suggestions and advert ideas;
  • Deep dive into the details of ongoing performance analysis, creative & targeting A/B tests with its accounts housekeeping;
  • Prepare multi-dimensional output daily reports, weekly reports, monthly reports, etc., to achieve a balance of multiple indicators such as magnitude retention and Return on Ad Spend (ROAs);
  • Conduct competitive and macro-level research by staying informed on industry changes that impact the overall success of our media buying;
  • Collaboratively work with creative, operations and technical teams to process main projects and side projects;
  • Monitor project progress, from planning to execution, to ensure it remains focused and effective;
  • Analyze user acquisition modes, skills and methods of competing products on the market, learn, recommend and implement integrated and innovative user acquisition advertising techniques;
  • Actively assist in development of improved advertising strategies to increase buyer interest in our dating products;
  • Cooperate with other departments, put forward constructive opinions, feedback to improve products, and promote better and faster business growth;
  • Participate in meetings and provide input on advertising campaign visibility to stakeholders;
  • Project enthusiasm and build rapport to strengthen relationships among team members, stakeholders, and internal parties alike; manage inter-personal relationships;
  • Support and cultivate new ideas and methods to improve sales and grow our dating community;
  • Possess the desire to meet and exceed expectations;
  • Exhibit exceptional written, verbal, listening, and presentation skills;
  • Demonstrate open-mindedness, adaptability, and personal integrity;
  • Maintain absolute confidentiality and discretion in all areas, including project details and player data.

You’ll have

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in Web or Mobile User Acquisition is a must.
  • Strong Google App skills. (Google Sheet, Doc etc) are a must;
  • Data-Driven mindset and Creative thinking, with an ability to read & understand data;
  • Data analysis and critical thinking skills to review and apply campaign results;
  • Effective communication, including writing, speaking, active listening and presenting;
  • Multitasking and time management skills that allow you to work on several campaigns at once;
  • Collaboration skills when working on projects with other departments;
  • Excellent knowledge of the English and Albanian languages. (Knowing German is a big advantage)
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to identify opportunities for improvement;
  • Tons of curiosity, imagination and creativity with an enterprising attitude toward creative advertising;
  • Demonstrate open-mindedness, adaptability, and personal integrity;
