The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for answering written inquiries from internal and external parties. Improvement of customer relationships and proactive customer management is part of your daily job. The Customer Relations Specialist is at the frontline of customer satisfaction, adoption, and renewals.

Successful execution of the role will include a proactive approach to setting expectations, the ability to clearly understand the customer’s needs, and confidence-building communication to the customer. Additionally, the Customer Relations Specialist will be team-oriented with a willingness to assist in any team task as needed throughout the day, an effective multi-tasker, and have the ability to work at a fast pace with minimal errors.

  • You have one-plus years of experience.
  • Applying ‘sales through service’ techniques to ensure retention
  • Good communication skills
  • You’re fluent in English, German is a plus


  • Responding to queries/issues via chat or email
  • Keeping our community safe by verifying user profiles
  • Work directly with the Project Manager to manage any support tasks, as well as assistance with reporting
