I got a new phone number and can't log in anymore?
This thing can be fixed very easily!
Follow these instructions:
- First, log in to your dua.com account
- Once logged in go to Settings
- Go to Account Settings
- Then click Change Log in Information
*Keep in mind that in order for Change Log in Information to appear, you must have been verified once with the old number and have received badge 1 of the verification in dua. If you are logged in with Apple ID or Facebook this no alternative does not work for you.
