I got a new phone number and can't log in anymore?
This can be fixed very easily. Read the instructions below:
- First log in to your dua.com account
- Once logged in go to Settings
- Then go to Account Settings
- Finally click Change Log in Information
* Keep in mind that in order for Change Log in Information to appear, you must have been verified earlier with the old number and have received badge 1 of the verification in dua. If you are logged in with an Apple ID or Facebook, this is not an option.
