I think my account has been hacked!

If you think that your dua account has been hacked you should contact us immediately and we’ll see how can we help you!

  • First, try to set a new password by clicking “Forgot my password”.
  • If this doesn’t work, send us a detailed e-mail with: Your E-mail or phone number with which you are registered in the dua-app, a profile screenshot if you have, and tell us the type of phone you use.
