Privacy policy for correspondence and communication with us
General information
The following privacy policy is applicable to the whole dua Group.
dua has established appropriate security standards to protect your personal data.
Dua processes your personal data for correspondence, for processing and documentation of our orders and for answering and handling our services based on your inquiry or based on our contractual cooperation. These are essentially your name, your contact data as well as your affiliation to a company, your function and your request.
If you obtain further services or products from us, if we enter into a business relationship or if you apply for a vacant position with us, further purpose-related data will be collected which you provide us with on the basis of your consent or which we require within the scope of our contractual and business cooperation. In the latter case, you will be informed in detail separately.
dua may transfer your personal data within the group of companies to the central administration within Switzerland, EU-EEA, as well as Kosovo. For the joint processing with our subsidiary in Kosovo the data protection compliant and appropriate processing is contractually ensured (Joint Controller Agreement).
Duration of the storage of your personal data within the scope of correspondence and communication with us
Your personal data will be kept by dua only as long as necessary for the fulfilment of the purpose and/or as long as a legal basis exists.
G. Your rights as a data subject
You can exercise the following rights at any time by contacting our data protection officer:
-Information about your data stored with us and their processing (Art. 15 DSGVO), correcting incorrect personal data (Art. 16 DSGVO),
-Deletion of your data stored with us (Art. 17 DSGVO), restriction of data processing, provided that we are not yet allowed to delete your data due to legal obligations (Art. 18 DSGVO),
-data transferability, provided you have consented to data processing or have concluded a contract with us (Art. 20 DSGVO) and
-You may object to the processing of your data by us (Art. 21 DSGVO).
If you have given us your consent, you can revoke it at any time with effect for the future. You can contact the responsible data protection authority at any time with a complaint.
Changes to our privacy policy
We regularly adapt our data protection declaration so that it always meets the current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the data protection declaration. The new data protection declaration published in each case will then apply to your next visit.
